Ministry of Commerce: The Service Outsourcing Contract Newly Signed in July Appears Warming Trend

Shen Danyang, the spokesman of the Ministry of Commerce indicated in September 19th of 2015 that in July of 2015, the amount of contract newly signed by China’s enterprises is 6.01 billion USD, which increasing 41.8% year-on-year that turned over the trend of decreasing amount y-o-y of contract newly signed in the first half of 2015.

According to previous data published by the Ministry of Commerce, in the first half of 2015, the amount of offshore service outsourcing contract was 34.27 billion USD, which decreasing 2% year-on-year. In offshore service outsourcing contract newly signed in July, the amount of service outsourcing contract undertaken from USA was 1.4 billion USD, which increasing 44.9% year-on-year; the amount of contract undertaken from Japan was 410 million USD, which increasing 22.3% y-o-y.

According to statistic data from the Ministry of Commerce, from January to July, the amount of service outsourcing contract signed by China’s enterprises is 63.82 billion USD, which increasing 7% year-on-year. Among them, the amount of offshore service outsourcing contract is 40.28 billion USD, which increasing 2.8%; the value of onshore service outsourcing contract is 20.46 billion USD, which increasing 15.15 y-o-y.
